Cards for Troops & Prima give away

During the month of October we will be collecting "Cards for Troops". These are cards for the troops to write in and mail to their loved ones! Please make sure that the cards are blank on the inside, are general in nature, and include an envelope. Sentiments such as "thinking of you", or "you make me smile" are fine to have in the design on the front of the cards. We will be collecting the cards thru the end of the month!

We will be doing a promotion in October for a beautiful Keepsake Ornament Box with Bottles of Poinsettias from Prima! The crystal plastic ornament bottles are 3" in diameter and have over 100 embellishments in them! For every $35.00 you spend in the month of October, you will be entered into the drawing for the Keepsake Box! The drawing will be held Saturday 11/1/08. (A picture of the box is above!)

Now Introducing...Cuttlebug Classes!

You have been asking us for Cuttlebug classes and we found the perfect teacher for you! We are happy to announce that we have 2 Cuttlebug card classes on our calendar (hopefully there will be more to follow!)

Melinda will be teaching an All-Occasion card class on Saturday, 9/13 from 1:00-3:00pm. A holiday card class will be offered Saturday, 10/4 from 10:00am-noon.

You do not need to own a Cuttlebug to take the classes! These classes are perfect for anyone who wants to do more with their cuttlebug, or for anyone that wants to "play" with the Cuttlebug before purchasing one!

My Acrylic Albums Trunk Show, Saturday 8/23/08, 10am-4pm

Dee Gilcrease will be at the store ALL DAY with tons of samples from her Design Team! This is a must see FREE event! Acrylic Albums are HOT and Dee's acylic buttons and charms are awesome for cards and altered books! She will also have a make-n-take! In honor of this being the first time she has brought her Trunk Show to Spokane- all MAA sales and orders on 8/23 will be 10% off!

Mini-Stationary Carry-All Class, Wednesday 8/27/08, 5:30-7:30 (see picture above)

Cindy will teach us how to make this super adorable Carry-All that includes 4 mini cards and a pen! Along with your tool box, you will want to bring an X-acto knife, cutting mat, and a pink, green, or black pen for the penwork. Also, Cindy is asking if you have a Crop-a-dile and Score-It, to bring them as well!

Sidewalk Sale June 27, 28 and 29

A Stamp 4 All is excited to announce its second annual sidewalk sale this Friday (10:00-5:30), Saturday (10:00-4:30), and Sunday (11:00-2:00). You, our customers cann get in on this event by selling your surplus supplies. You will recieve store credit for the amount that your supplies sell for. How cool is that? A chance to organize and purge to make room the new stuff you can buy with the credit you get! Plus bargins galore! If you want to participate, bring your supplies (priced and labled with your name) to the store before Friday.

One more note: Happy Independance Day! in honor of this holiday we will be closed on July 4th and 5th.

An Exciting Announcement!

A Stamp 4 All is pleased to announce that we will now be able to do the current Stamp of the Month class from Great Impressions. To celebrate, for July's class we will be doing all six cards! The cost for this will be $30.00. (If you would like to do less cards you can contact Dawn). As you can see the board is adorable!

In other news, we are going to continue to be a stamp store. Why would I say something so obvious and silly, you mau ask? well, as many of you know, another local scrapbook store has closed its doors recently (that makes three gone, sadly). Many of us are scrappers and stampers and we are guessing some of you may be as well. So we are working on some ideas to give the scrapbookers among us a little representation as well (not too much, don't worry we are still a stamp store :D ). So here is a fun layout featuring Inque Boutique stamps and Cosmo Cricket papers.

Wait, I just thought of something! Dawn's out of town this week and you know what they say...When the cats away and all that, so here's a little something from me to get you to come in and meet Jessica, our newest employee and the person in charge until dawn gets back. By the way she's nice, knowledgable and talented, welcome to the team Jessica!

Two More Classes

The first one will be taught by Joan (a new teacher to A Stamp 4 All). She will be teaching the "Beaded Embroidery Card Class", on June 21st, Sat. 1:00-4:00pm, Cost:$18/person. Students need to bring their favorite adhesive.

The second will be taught by me (Nicole). It is a recipe pocket album, cost will be $30.00/person and students will need their class tool box and a transparent quilting ruler (if you have one). We will be using rub ons so make sure you don't forget your bone folders. The date for this one will be Thursday July 10 from 5:30-7:30pm.

More March Classes

Hi stamping friends! I just wanted to let you know about some upcoming classes. The first one on March 20th from 5:30 to 7:30, and is the baby girl and boy gift buckets. They are just the right size to hold a baby blanket or an outfit. The little shoes are pieced together from double sided cardstock and are soooo fun to make. Cost is $25.00.

The second class is a card class on March 27 from 5:30 to 7:30. I'll be teaching three spring cards including an all occaision "friend/mom/..." card, a baby card (if you would prefer this in boyish papers just let me know beforehand), and a birthday card. Cost is $18.00.

New Products and Classes

We just recieved our first shipment of Melissa Francis papers and they are beautiful! This company is known for gorgeous florals and vintage style. Be sure to look at their blog for amazing inspiration http://www.melissafrances.typepad.com/ .

We have several classes on the schedule right now, pictured here are the Easter pail and card keeper. For a complete class list call or drop into the store.

Dawn asked me to make a Tag Booklet based on one in the Bo Bunny catalog. This my take on it. Since we are a Stamp store I made it more of a stamp based project. The stamps are from the Inque Boutique's Birthday fun set and the papers are all Bo Bunny. I'll be teaching this class on Thursday February 21 at 5:30-7:30 cost will be $22.00.

Mini Album for Saturday Class

If you are local be sure to check out these fun classes for next Saturday (the 26th). In the morning will be a "How Do I LOve Thee" album, a great gift or keepsake for valentines day. In the afternoon Karen will teaching These four adorable cards using Memory Box stamps. The little penguins have black flocking on them and the heart shaped bubbles are glittery. Upcoming Classes

Hi, long time no blog. I just wanted to pop in and let you know what we've got coming up. On January 17th from 5:30 to 7:30pm and Saturday 19th from 10:00-12:00pm Dawn will be teaching the stamp of the month class-Swirls and Sparkles. It has fairies and penguins soooo cute. Also on the 19th from 1:00-3:00 I (Nicole) will be teaching Valentine's cards. I've only got 2 so far but they are fun! One is a pop-up card and the other features a button "lollipop." On the 26th from 10:00-1:oo I will be teaching a mini album called "how do I love thee." I'll update more on that soon. The 26th will also have Karen teaching her take on some great cards featuring Memory box stamps. It will be from 2:00-4:00 and you can see Dave Brethauer's (Memory box designer) versions on his blog http://davebrethauer.typepad.com/ . On January 31 from 5:30-6:30 Dawn will teach February's stamp of the Month Class. Keep checking back for more details and new projects.
